Also, I had my hair colored last weekend, after a long time of abstaining from putting chemicals on my hair. I am very happy about how it turned out, which is why you need to forgive me for rambling about my hair. So there.

My friends and I outside the NBC tent, still on a music high from watching a beautiful concert by Death Cab For Cutie. In the past week I’ve seen Death Cab For Cutie, Dashboard Confessional acoustic, the Used, and Cobra Starship, live.

DCFC and DC have always been in my top ten bands since I was 15, so you can just imagine how awesome this is for me.

I met a man last night. His name was Morgan and he’s the captain of the smoothest rum you will ever taste.

Hello there Tumblr. I am currently going crazy in my office, where I have been alone for majority of the day. This is what happens when everyone else is at a shoot and I am left here… waiting for emails.

Oh, the life of a lowly producer.

I am quite sloshed but I just have to say that tonight was a good night. I spent it sending off a pregnant friend before she leaves for the States, and then I headed to a popular club that I never go to where my DJ friend got me and my girl friend in and got all sorts of free drinks and shots and good vibes. And then my friend and I caught up with each other and reaffirmed that we both deserve men and not boys and how she needs a man that will be a father to her child and how I need a man who will not only be not threatened or intimidated by my ambition and need for adventure, but will be right by my side the entire time.

So you see that - that is the face of a woman who knows what she wants. And a woman who is really, really drunk.

I spent my Saturday at an afternoon/early evening baby shower for one of my closest friends, then I headed over to the South for a double baby dedication/birthday party.

Hell when did my life become getting shitfaced like an idiotic college kid at night and then baby stuff and events in the morning? Now I’m at my office, where I will be sleeping, because I have a shoot early in the morning, of which I am assistant director. I feel old.
